CASUAL USERS:  Please read the information below if you are 
considering giving the shareware edition of WinCharging to a 
fellow shareware enthusiast.  [Casual users are defined as those
individuals who do not fall into the Vendor category, and who
try shareware programs solely as a means to obtain low cost
software for personal use.]

WinCharging is protected by U.S. copyright laws and inter-
national treaties.  Unauthorized use, distribution, or repro-
duction of this product may result in severe civil and criminal
penalties.

The SHAREWARE EDITION of WinCharging may be distributed by 
casual users as long as it is done in the manner prescribed in
the Shareware Distribution Rights defined below.


  <<<<<<<<<<<   SHAREWARE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS   >>>>>>>>>>>

ONLY the SHAREWARE EDITION may be distributed, and it must be
distributed in its complete form.  This includes, but is not
limited to, all of the files necessary to install and to run
WinCharging properly, as well as the program's Help files,
the concomitant shareware text files, such as LICENSE.TXT and 
PURCHASE.TXT, and any files deemed necessary by My Little 
Realm Enterprises.  The complete list of requisite files is 
fully outlined in the text file CONTENTS.TXT.

As a general rule, users should pass along a copy of the 
shareware edition they purchased from their disk vendor.  If 
they downloaded a compressed copy of WinCharging from a BBS,
they should make a copy of that file and offer that.

Under no circumstances should users attempt to copy the 
expanded WinCharging files from their hard disk and give those
to their fellow shareware enthusiasts.  WinCharging must be 
installed correctly if it is to run properly.  Users do their
friends a disservice by giving them incomplete copies of any
shareware program.


   <<<<<<<<<<<<<       EVALUATION LIMITATION      >>>>>>>>>>>>>

Any user evaluating the SHAREWARE EDITION of WinCharging is 
allowed to test the program on a single machine for a period of
ONE MONTH.  If that user decides to continue using WinCharging
after that period, payment is required.

WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER MY
LITTLE REALM ENTERPRISES NOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN
THE CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THIS SOFTWARE SHALL BE 
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES 
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
MY LITTLE REALM ENTERPRISES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New
Jersey and shall inure to the benefit of My Little Realm 
Enterprises and any successors, administrators, heirs and 
assigns.  Any action or proceeding brought by either party 
against the other arising out of or related to this agreement 
shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent
jurisdiction located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The parties
hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.
